Can someone help me please?

Hey, I found a seed in a bag of thai that I bought,
planted it, and its grown its about 3 inches, I dont want to be spending loads of money on grow boxs and lights and all of that stuff, just wondered if it will actually grow on my windowsil? I am from the uk...
If not is there any cheap things that could help me out?
any advice on growing would be great, I cant really find much info at all on growing thai weed... Please help, Cheers :joint:

How much are they on average, and how many would I need, and how far away from the plant should I place them? Cheers for the advice...

You're on the other side of the pond. I have no idea about prices over there... but CFLs are cheap.

Get 2 to 3 of the highest wattage bulbs you can find (at least 40 watts each).

CFLs don't get very hot at all. You could get them to within a couple of inches away from the plant.

i dun the same found a seed planted it i just looked 4 a light on ebay got it 4 £30 and put it in my coupboard and im now about 4 weeks from smokin

sweet man, cheers for advice guys, I think ive already gone the wrong way about it because I only started reading up on growing last night, but I just used random compost from a bag in my garage, and ive been using tap water and sun light, thats it...
Is there any certain nutrients that are really needed, or will it still be fine growing with what ive been using so far?

i didnt no any think about it. i dun mine on my balcony with random compost tap water i just got the light when they were so big o and i used this site some nice people on here happy to help

haha yeh man will do's im keeping a journal, ill post one in a few weeks when its worth looking at lol :)
