Can someone help

I was wondering does anyone have any useful tips on how I can green up my plants after over watering them?????

if you need to green them up..then its probably more then an over watering issue...are your leaves droopy?thats the first sign of over watering....need a little more info and pics would help

Usually "greening up" or yellowing of the leaves would indicate a N def.....pics def needed for better analysis

Vegging still. We are being patient, it seems like the tops are growing green again... I would have to take a picture later because the lights haven't came on yet.. but I will post them soon... thanks everyone now maybe heres another question? what about little white mushrooms growing in the soil is that good or bad?
