A friend of mine called me over to his place to show me his plants. This is what i saw. I have never seen this before. Any of you know what it is? And how to fix it?

If in hydro, calcium nitrate. Should work in soils too, just go easy with it.

Its outdoors in soil. Ok i will lookin into defencys aswell. I thought maybe some kind of leeching insect but couldnt find any at all.

What I mean is plants were fertilized during the day and then the sun burned them.
