What are these little balls? Are these seeds? The other pictures are from the same plant, circled are little white like hairs. I dont know what to make of this. can someone please help me out.

I dont know what to make of this either. You cant see the plants. The quality is bad. Its a male.

If there is litttle balls pointing down,It's male. If there is a little white hair pointing up,It's a female. If it's doing both,It's a Hermaphrodite.Hope this helps.I can't really tell from the pics.(little blurry)
