Can someone tell me to be patient?

can you rent a self-storage unit and just move them there for the one day? i like the "xmas" box idea - just move them in boxes on the 31st, pick them back up on the 2nd. lots of dryer sheets in the boxes might help with the odor too.

I wish I could rent a temp and humidity regulated storage room with a PowerPoint

I think I'll just pack em up and turn my spare room back into a messy "junk"storage room with my fishing rods and snow boarding gear. Prick of a job packing down and setting up in a 24hr period.

With the smell I'll just do a heap of washing bed sheets etc with fabric softener and hang in the spare room. I don't care if he thinks I smoke.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone. I'll regret it at the end of the month while I'm doing it. But hopefully it's worth it a few weeks later.

Let us know how ya make out!

So, had minor change of plans when I realised how much work my carbon filter was doing. Like they smell a bit sometimes, but this was like holy fuck! Why am I even doing this in my situation .

I WFH and the guy looked like someone who would be hitting lines on his phone while playing pool at the pub.

Locked the bathroom with an air purifier and the ac infinity scrubbing the room.

Can't put the old house back together again by myself so one will bite the dust today. She's looking sad anyway.

How much more patient do you guys think I should be? weeks? Months?

These two are clones from the same mother unknown strain. Both turning purple from the buds outwards, white hairs keep coming.

Good call. Landlord coming in person is one thing, but the folks who do the actual work could probably care less if you're growing weed in a tent, they're usually just trying to get in and out and go home.

If they were mine I'd be thinking another 3 weeks to a month...looking great so far!

Your plants look really nice! You are gonna have some tasty fat nugs it looks like.

I hope I"m not raining on your parade to hard, but they have at least 3-4 weeks left. They don't just have a couple new white hairs, they are covered in fresh new growth ,which means they are still growing more bud for you.

The signs of ripeness are pretty standard for cannabis plants.

First a few of the pistils begin turning color and start receding. Your plant is just starting to ripen. Depending on the strain you could still have two months to go. We're just starting this journey.

Two to four weeks later you'll notice that most of the pistils(>80%) have now changed color and curled back into the bud. It's frosty, way bigger than it was a few weeks ago(aren't you glad you waited), and smells dank! It's time, right? Not a chance killer. Patience is a virtue.

Over the next 2-3 weeks it doesn't look much different, maybe a little more swelling in the calyxes, and the rest of the pistils change over, but the stems are starting to bend under the weight of the buds. These ladies are putting on weight internally by adding density and now the buds are doing their final ripening.

Now you begin looking at trichomes, on the calyx, not the leaves, and harvest according to your preference. When looking at trichomes it’s essential to look at them from the side. The bulbous heads can magnify the opaque stalk under it. Looking from the side allows you to more accurately see the condition of the resin in the trichome head.

There is still no rush to harvest, the window just opened, and you have several weeks before you MIGHT start having to think about it possibly beginning to get too ripe. It takes WEEKS for plants to mature not days.

It is very easy to harvest a plant to early. It is very hard to harvest a plant to late. I’ve never seen someone accidentally wait too long.

Today I noticed there are a couple of sugar leaves that have died. I pried open the bud to remove it and noticed this brown colour.
Are you able to tell me if this brown discolouration is something of concern? It is only where the sugar leaf had died, its not slimy and the stem still looks healthy.
