it`s smaller probably has less roots too
Who knows it might even have pests or a virus
Superthrive that bitch and if it don`t pull it around I`d get it away from the rest of them, you can always just clone the biggest one

I let it dry out a bit and gave it ph water with cal mag and it seems tl be doing better but still not fully recoered

I know that but new growth is coming out green and normal
