Can the Electricity Company detect 2 27 watt lights over a 15 day period?

This is what i think has more than likely happened , Mom and dad know the score and mybe had a puff or two back in the day , They know your not going to grow a few lbs in the back of a t.v with under a 100 w of light ,
So they make up that the electric people was on the phone complaining about a electric over use to scare the shit out of you , haha

My best advice to you would be, buy a good marijuana horticulture book, wait til you have enough money to move out and start from there. 1 step at a time man. instead of growing 50 plants why don't you grow a maximum of 3-4 plants and do experiments with them like topping or nutes or whatever because i mean, if you can't take care of 4 plants what makes you think you can take care of 50?
