Can The Smoke Itself Give Headaches After The High Dies Down?

My friend and i have been smoking together for a while now and i noticed that she complains of very mild headaches after the high begins to die down. She normally smokes higher quality mids and with me headies/dank. I have heard that mids can give headaches sometimes but since we smoke both and she still has this problem im not sure what can be wrong. The only other thing i can think of is that the smoke itself is some how giving her a problem. Reason i think that is because when i smoke my sinuses close up and i become slightly nasally. As if i was holding my nose closed while i talk. But i never suffer from headaches. I rly want to help my friend out so do you think that instead of smoking, she shud use a vaporizer since its not smoke? Some people use pain pills to calm the ache down but id rather try a different method before using pills.

When i smoke too much sativas ina row i get a headache. Not at one time, like through-ought the day. Too much high for my head, my body wants some too ahha.
