WTF? why would you throw away an awesome phenotype? or how did you think breeders select phenotypes for breeding and cloning? every clone you have ever bought was off of a reveged mother, so who's wasting their money?
 
Ok, Here are the 2 Alien OG that were chopped today... I left some growth on the bottom so the grand experiment... They are back on 18/6 so lets see how long it takes to reveg and how is the yeild..... It was posted 100 to 200% So lets see.....

Here is a cheese. I left a lot of bud on so got a lot of new growth. The scrog screen was filled up in next to non time.

haha right! But seriously, If you have to throw it back in 18/6 to get it to produce new green growth, then you switch it back to 12/12 for flower. BUt with an auto would you have the same time frame say 80ish days before harvest? Or would it even grow enough new green growth before it started pushin out buds? hhmmm.... If no one can answer this I may need to try it I have an auto that is a couple weeks from done...

I have a feeling it wouldn't work though...
 
I have never grown an auto so I really have no idea. But my understanding is that they will flower on their own schedule, regardless of the type of light you use or the light/dark schedule you implement. My guess is that they just flower and die, but it's just a guess.
 
when you re-veg the new growth will sprout from the center of the buds you leave on there not the main steam,
it will grow distorted at first, the leaves will have no serrated edges and grow curled /twisted
each buds puts up many new shoots , you have to thin them out alot to keep it nice and strong

remove the weak spindly growth only keep the thicker shoots that pop out, these shoots will turn into branches new plant / structure if you veg it long enough,

you need about 3-5 weeks to reveg it into a nice shape ready to flower again it will flower a bit quicker the second time round .. and/or you can take cuttings from it once the shoots start growing back normaly without any re-veg distortion :)
 
well how about history, you have any with smoking a 2nd year stalk from anyone? is it stronger or just deep in the feeling?

and jus how is it watsing time and money when ur not buying any seeds or clones and ur not spending time waiting for something to become rootbound?

How do you reveg an auto?
 
Hey everyone im gonna do this with 3 out of my 5 that r just finishing up becuz i got greaat phenos..3 different strains and got a keeper from each 1 california hash plant, 1 k-train, 1 industrail plant(huge)..

In Cameroon, in the woods between the Old international airport and the Ayene neighborhood, there is a patch of cannabis the size of a football field that has been there for ages. We used to go there as kids Between 1983 up to when I left in 1993. Most of our fav plants were there when we started going in 1983 and were still there my last visit to "our spot" when I last went October 1993 a week before I got on the plane to the US of A. Those plants were as old as that forest. Something in the soil made them out compete all plants even the infamous Kondengui weed that has taken over Yaounde
 
i have re vegged many times you can even take a cut of the plant when trimming and root it into a rooter plug put under veg light and it will root and reveg it will grow lots of funny looking leaves and then over about 4-6 weeks will start showing normal growth i will try find a few pics of sum i have revegged
