Can this be done????

Hi just say 1 of my mates had a plant
It is almost week 4 of flower
He is dying for a smoke
Can he chop of a branch of the plant and smoke it?
More to the fact has it enough THC in it at this stage to get ya baked?
Or is just a waste of time ?
Whats the best way to dry it quickly ?
In the oven ?
Any info my friend would be greatly appreciative

Way too early to chop to smoke.
If it were dried in the oven it would be harsh, and probably taste like ass.
But yes, it technically could be done. Would it be a waste of time, and bud. Yes.

Waste of time the soonest he should even attempt to smoke should be at 6 weeks...... Minimum

All Answers true but not necessarily, I know people here who grow and already have crap load of trichoms even on their fan leaves by week 4-5. I certainly don't recommend chopping that early but it's all about how much trichomes already produced on leaves, if not much then it'll be a complete waste, still keep in mind the flower you see on the plant that's about half an inch thick(probably at that stage), would be a skinny nothing by the time dried, I wouldn't do it.

It will taste like grass/hay, it won't smoke properly as it'll be too wet and the likelihood is that it'll not contain enough THC to get you high.

Hey people
well i did what everyone said i should not do , but i did !
You are correct regarding the grass/hay taste will not do it again
I did not see any Trichoms they more looked like small hairs on the leaves
I didn't chop a whole branch , just the top inch of 1 top
Guess what ?
It burnt shit , chopped shit , tasted shit but got me high
can't wait till the plant is ready
If that was a taste to come!!!!!
Will not touch till week 8 now maybe 9
