10 week veg,
Low temp around 50-55 f
Low humidity 25-35 RH
Low light 150 ppfd 24 hr
Synthetic veg nutes.
I neglected it for personal reasons,
It has developed purple stems, a lot of small leaves, dead leaves, twisted leaves, Brown tips.
Is it worth saving, if so, how?

They don't look that bad.
Get yout temps and rh up. Crank your light up a bit and switch to 18/6 so they get some downtime. Your feed is probably OK but in low temps and low rh your not getting good transport though the plant. I'm honestly surprised they got that big being so cold. Might want to give plain water for a week or 2 since they don't drink properly in the cold you probably have a lot of unused feed in your soil

Would definitely cut some under canopy to get some air flow. Might have a little pm get spray with milk water solution or peroxide water. If can get a cheap humidifier will bring temp up a tiny
