This will not work if water is being sprayed away/down away from the roots.
You have 2 choice's either get some T connecters and have them go direct to the pots(look up DIY for bubbleponics. The second way to do it would be to only drill holes on the upper side of your hose. this will give you more pressure and might work depending how good that fish tank pump works. Also why do you have a heater in the set up? You will need to make sure the water temp doesn't get hot with that pump in the system(pump motor will heat your water).
Let me know if that helped or if you need anything else?
Hey snodegd..
My english isn't that good,, but I'll try my best..
First,,,
I'm not the one who build this.. Its a friend of my.. He was asking me what I think about it & I thought of posting it here..
I agree with you, that it wouldn't work.
I think the hose pipe is to low.. At some places the hose is under the pot and the roots will cover the hose as the roots get bigger..
I don't know why, he has put that heater in there

and agree with you about "pump motor will heat your water".
The thing is,, My friend has never grown.. lol
He got the heater with a Aero system.. See the Pic below..
I'll tell him to take out the heater..
The thing that concerns me is the holes in the hose.. Will this holes stay opened after all the nutes??
I thought one of the biggest problem with Aero/drip systems was blockage??
thanks again..kiss-ass
