Now here is an adult who is taking so much nitrous that he was forced to visit several head shops in order to get enough for his weekend binge. He took so much of this stuff that he altered the chemistry of his body causing harm to his spine.

Now he is blaming the headshops and stating that he doesn't want anyone to have to go through what he is - so he figures that his law suit will bring this problem to the attention of others and of the media.

He now believes he can turn his life into a public service announcement - and, maybe get some bucks as well.

THIS is how we lose many good, valueable or simply enjoyable chemicals. Please let's not do that to ourselves or to others who might simply want to get a short closet buzz, no harm to anyone, no problem, 5 minutes of flanging and then onward into life.

It is always the morons that ruin it for the rest of us.

Really it's not that bad if you don't do it all the time, and if you remember to breathe oxygen. That guy was a fucking idiot though.

Stupid people, making stupid decisions, have stupid things happen to them. Let's blame the drug for his irresponsibility.

Wow. Nitrous isn't really bad if you don't do it all the time and learn how to breathe when you're doing it so you have oxygen in your brain and don't go fishing.

I never really got anything from nitrous anyway, I always did it out of a cracker though, one cartridge at a time. I know a couple kids that would spend like $300 a week on it.

I am an engine builder and am very very familar with Nitrous, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go to a speed shop and huff the shit for a engine. I had to think for a minute but IF my memory serves me right they put a sulfur compound in it so you cannot get high. If your going to do it it has to be medical grade.

there is a level of personal responsibility that is taken in to account where the law it self is concerned, those considering these suites juries, courts,... and suites like them should take this fact into account when finding whether or not the shops, substance, or availability of... is the issue when an individual is going to more than one shop to obtain such a quantity of a substance that this is possible. It is like Doctor Shopping... Which they have really cracked down on here in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Warning: this has made it very difficult to get pain medication for some who really need it. Even after surgery...

we used to run gas at rave parties for many many many years. net about a 6000 return on a 300lb tank. we would run 4-6 tanks per party, then bring the remaining tank(s) back to the house for the after after party and open them up for free. no one i ever heard of had any ill effects from gas. maby just a headache after a very long night of partying.
