Warez refers primarily to copyrighted works distributed without fees or royalties, and may be traded, in general violation of copyright law. The term generally refers to unauthorized releases by organized groups, as opposed to file sharing between friends or large groups of people with similar interest using a darknet. It usually does not refer to commercial software counterfeiting. This term was initially coined by members of the various computer underground circles, but has since become commonplace among Internet users and the mass media.

no. "warez" are not allowed, its in the agreement. you cant sell keyloggers, bot programs, hacks, credit card numbers, ebay logins, or bank accounts either.

a poll will not change this.

a poll is irrelevant. there are other formus where you can discuss such matters with other script kiddies and wannabe haxxors to your heart's contement.
this site is for weed, and weed smokers, not for sharing nigerian scam emails or trying to buy/sell somebody else's stolen visa card number.

"Warez" as in Software that has been pirated, has got nothing to do with script kiddies, haxxors and emails, so wtf you're talking about is completely beyond me.
