Can yellow leaves green up again?

I've just been away on holiday, my Jacky White is about 6 weeks into flower and I had a friend water it for me while I was away, although I think they forgot to pop round a few times as my buds have sucked the crap out of the leaf!

They were a bit yellow before I left and I'm not panicking as I know this is to be expected as I reach the end of flower, my previous have all done it to some degree.

The buds are amazing, huge, fat and solid, but still have at least 2 weeks to go, maybe more, they are not showing any sign of stopping new growth, so they are happy.

I'm mainly wondering if I can get some of these leafs greener, as doesn't the plant photosynthesis better when green than yellow?

Things will be fine, I could chop now and everything would be OK, I just want to maximise.

I've given them an larger than normal feed of plain water today, then will follow that up with a normal nute included feed tonight, but wondered if there is anything else I can do to lend them a hand?

I'll get some pics up later, just waiting for my camera battery to recharge from the holiday! It's quite a generic problem, so doubt you guys need them anyway, but I'll put them up anyway just to show off how good all the bud is looking! Lol

no, that is normal for them to turn yellow near harvest. Do not give them normal feed at this time, either half or none at all depending on how close.

They won't go green again, take your feedback from what newer leaves are doing.
I need to spend some time in there, pluck off some of the dead leaf and a general tidy up, so I'll inspect properly.

The plant doesn't seem to want to make any new leaf though, its gone all out on the buds! Everyday they are noticeably bigger, although I did notice a slight yellowing in one of the leafs inside the bud yesterday, but wasn't concerned as it would be getting snipped off soon anyway.

I can't seem to get enough water to the plants, they are both taking 2.5 litres a day and are bone dry the next day when I check them.

Larger pot size next time. Watering them everyday won't hurt them at all if they need it.
