I'm going to say leave it out. I personally think pot that goes through the fall cold weather it better.

Give this a read. Its worth it.
Cannabis is a hardy plant. Forget most of what you read.
I have had had indicas flower in the 90-s to low 100's.
I have had sativas handle frost in the 20's. It lost most the fans but kept a trucking.
Some of the best smoke I ever had come from plants that have been trampled by horses, live through a drought or early frost.
They do better in the cold planted in the ground. Spread straw for mulch and insulation. If it is in a pot wrap it to insulate the root zone.
I always plant on a south facing hill at higher elevation. Cold air sinks. The difference in elevation can equal 6-10 degrees in temp. I plant in thickets with black berries and honey suckle. As the cannabis gets bigger than the surrounding vegetation I let some of the vines and what not grow close to the stalk and in the branches. Just a few, even some honey suckle in it. It works as insulation and camouflage.
I have had to study for a second to find plants I planted.
Sorry to be so lengthy. I thought I would give my thoughts on it.
