can you get pm in the earliy stages of flower or even in veg

hi guys was just wondering how soon can you get PM? Do you get it more deep in the flower stage can you get it in veg or earlier in the flower stage? I know it's to do with humidity and heat levels. i heard using baking soda and soap is a good repellent for pm thanks every one.

Yes you can get PM anytime the conditions are right for it. If you are going the home remedy way I will put a link up that should help. I have used baking soda often, the trick or caution with baking soda is to mist with water to wash off the leaves before reapplying it. My preference is hydrogen peroxide, the link has this in it also. Hope that this helps, I have tried many of these in here.
