I wish the states would follow the u.k. with their marijuana discretion. You can grow 9 plants and only recieve a fine with no prison time? That's very awesome. You get a 5 year minimum sentence here in virginia for just one seedling.

ther is a 9 plant limit (personnal) as to what they can charge u for and what band sentence u get not so much on not getting in trouble your always gunna get nickedbut wen at court make sure u point out the NEW sentencing guidelines for cultivation

Your leaders got their head on straight. Virginia is as redneck, conservative as the stupidest Americans get. Some local farmers in my town got caught growing 30 plants and the state took everything they own. Land,property, and any assets. I hope that the U.K willkegalize it first and pressure the states to do the same.
