Can You Help?

Do you have any pics? It could be a number of things and without a pic or more info I don't think many could help.
 
3 weeks old plants, you shouldn't be having issues with a deficiency unless your waters pH is way off.
Over watering, over fertilization. possible heat issues. Low Humidity issues.

op... if you have super shit soil (aka mg) seedlings will do this. what type of soil? if it dosent seem like anything tf29 mentioned its your soil!!
