Can you identify why this has happened?

IMG_9108.jpg ok so my problem seems to be with the one leaf .... but i'm sure its probably going to get worse if i don't find out why its done this (more likly how I'VE done this) and how i can stop it getting worse

I agree, if this is all you can find wrong with your plant - congrats!
I'd love to see a shot of the whole plant.

Are you talking about those few tiny white dots? I'd keep an eye on them to be sure they don't multiply cause if they do, you have mites. Just keep a close eye and treat if they spread.

LOL thanks fella ..... no i was talking about the yellowing on the tips of that one leaf, and i expect the tiny white dots are caused by my spliff ash flying around the cab when the fans get hold of it ... hahahahah
