Can you plant autoflowers outdoor in the fall?

Does anyone have experience doing this? How would it affect the plant and is it even possible? I was thinking of planting a bunch around my yard in a couple weeks.

I guess it depends where you live right? I would like to hear some fact on this post though. Good stuff.

uhhhh.....i wouldnt be planting this late, but im in the northern hemisphere.....soooo.......im goin with autos next year outside, possibly. who knows tho. might do what i did this year if it all works out......fuq knows..

Yeah exactly assuming no frost issues and such. I live in northern Cali. Basically would there be enough winter light to support a yield worth growing.
