can you repair a ECO Plus 150w grow lamp

Hello all I have a ECO Plus 150w 6500K Fluorescent grow lamp that I used an electronic timer on. Well I did not know you cant do that. Now the bulb is dead. Is there a way to repair the bulb?

this is a bulb with a built in ballast correct ? a cfl ?
then you can use a timer with it no problem im running 4

You just can't use an ELECTRIC / DIGITAL timer. Analog timers are fine. Yes it does have the ballast built in. DO NOT USE A DIGITAL TIMER WITH THESE BULBS!

Not worth it? A new bulb $50+ a new resistor .05 cents? Seems like a little solder and work would be worth it.

If you know what's wrong why post this.
Why the fuck are spending 50 on a cfl. 150hps are 35 at home depot
