If you did it correctly (during stretch) you can damn near sever it and it comes back healthy and strong. Works flawlessly in scrog.
Can you top one plant more than once?

it seems to be doing good i cant wait for my lights to kick on so i can go check it out...

It'll be fine. What's nice about scrog is that when you crop them like that you can weave them in and out of the net and it supports them. You end up with multiple little colas everywhere.
My last grow I snapped one while moving it. It was split down the middle in shreds. You could see through it. I just looped it through the net and hoped for the best. It grew back with a vengeance. It was pissed I guess lol.

first time i ever did it it went perfect so when i did it this time and seen what had happened i freaked lol . i was like fuckkkkkk , thought i was gonna have to bring my bubble cloner out ... thats the only atomic bomb seed i had left out of 5... took me a while to get my germ method down and been 100% since.
