I've never heard of them, but they sound similar to a place I used years ago. You'll need to provide medical documents and fistfuls of money and then talk to a skype doc. It's an option if you can't find a doctor to sign.
Or just grow for yourself and don't bother with doctors or Health Canaduh - it's a legal plant and no one is coming to count how many you have.

I don't think I am in a position to be growing dozens of plants anyways, but I do have a son who has a rather large barn...hmmmm

Or just grow what can fit in a hidden manner in your backyard/barn and sell to native shops?
