I did not think you were up to anything from the beginning, just figured this story about the MS lady seemed fishy since i had remembered hearing about it before. when i went to go google for the original article i found that MANY forums have threads on this exact article, yet the original has never been seen.

I don't see anything on the policy about entering the USA smelling like weed.

I wonder where that would be? Would it be a personal choice by the guard then to deny entry?

I just simply believed the "Story" was reasonable enough to share. It is a story.

Maybe smelling like weed was enough for them to deny entry?

Sounded reasonable to me.. I'll try to find some related links..

What does Dan have to do with me?:? Has he even posted in this thread? I didn't really make any assumptions so what am I judging you about? I simply disagree with your proposal and think it's naive. Sorry to disappoint you Ernst, I really am.:-(

for what it's worth, i also think his pipe dream proposal does not have a snowball's chance in hell.

and just took a quick count: on the first 3 pages consisting of 60 threads, 23 were started by ernst.

I don't see any more news after this news in the cross references and i have done about 10 different cross references.

2008 was about the time passports were required? I'm trying to get an understanding of the context because there are more than one source for this.

I wouldn't doubt boarder guards have a lot of power as to who enters and who doesn't.

So I found the main connection to that story.. It was picked up by a few outlets so it spread.

Now why did it get kicked back up is the question.

Is there a darker purpose to it? Is it a coincidence?

I don't know but I have not found a counter to say it's okay to cross into the States as a Medical Cannabis patient from Canada either..

So what is the truth then?

as of now i am taking that article as a piece of fiction. I assume there would be more to be found about the mentioned situation if it was in fact true. I could be wrong, but what i have found through the limited research I have done so far deems the "story" a story and not based on fact.

I have have a whole line of Genetics dedicated to the name Tiki-jo

I all ready have medical testers for this year but I will have some crosses in 2012 hopefully if all goes well.

I want to see what effect Afghani will have on the selected Turloco line.

Just remind me later in 2011 and I'll see if I can put you on the tester list.
