Canna oil...water vs no water?

Dumb question but when you use water and oil and infuse without decarbing how hot do you get the oil/water/ pot solution and for how long? Do this in a handled pot on the stovetop? I did this once long ago with butter and water.
One more question ...how much pot to use with a 27 oz. jar of coconut oil?

250F in a pressure cooker. I often infuse the oil in two steps for one and a half hour each time. Last time I used foliage from vegging plants and some lowers cut from plants in flower. I get the best result and effect by first running fresh foliage that I process in a food processor and then extract that oil and later use the same oil to extract with dry material. This brings a very potent and medicinal product with both active THC and CBD.

I use the pressure cooker and water in each step and as much material as I can fit in the pressure cooker with about 400ml of oil.
