Hi I just planted my germinated seeds yesterday and was wandering about light, do I keep it on all the time 24/7 or do I do it for so many house light and so many dark? Thanks guys

24/7 or 18/6, unless the plants haven't broken ground yet, in which case you could 12/12 them the entire grow. Up to you.

i use 18/6 cycle for around 8 weeks or so then flower
12/12 from seed to me is no good dont yeild enough

I like to use 18/6 as its closest to the natural light they would receive from nature. I grow my seeds until they will all give me 1 good cutting off the top... usually 3 months. That way If I find out at 7 weeks I have a killer phenotype.. I have a clone of it to treat like gold.

Do what the general consensus is, 18/6 
to keep the plant in veg you only need 13+ hours of light a day so there's plenty of room to experiment!
It's not important but I use what is known as the 'gaslight' schedule (or something similar) 12 hours on - 5.5 off - 1 on - 5.5 off works wonders but side branching isn't as predominant as most other schedules but you do get vigorous growth everywhere else
