Cannabis isn’t producing buds

Well I’m in week 3 of flower with my lemon haze and She just won’t produce buds like at all I’m not seeing any bud development She has stretched up That’s for sure im not sure if it’s just taking a while but I was sure she would have started producing by now I’ve been feeding her my bloom nutes,bud burst,silica,oxyplus,uc roots, and have just started resonator where as my white widow is going beautiful no problems at all producing beautiful little nuggets as you can see in the pic just not sure what I think about the lemon any info would be much appreciated cheers

The lemon seed I got from some buds I was smoking a while back planted it and it sprouted so I’m guessing it was just a dud or something I’m 100% it’s a female

If you didn't wait until she was mature enough to sex out before the flip flowering will be delayed until she is. Three weeks into flowering without buds forming is zero weeks into flowering. Nutrients have nothing to do with it; a dud seed is one that never sprouts.
