CANNABIS SEEDLINGS DYING, ( I think their burnt)

Hey guys, so ive been growing cannabis in my wardrobe under cfl light 13 watt i put it close to my plant.
The problem is that the leaves are turning yellow and brown and i think their dying also the water thats coming out when i water it is yellow is that a problem? im a noob at this and i really want to learn
i dont know what im doing wrong
its about 2 inches or 3 away from the plant (the cfl bulb lamp) i water it everyday when its dry and i keep the light on 24 7 i feed it tap water i used potting soil

That seems to be nute burn, may be heat stress, but with a 13w I doubt thats going to happen. Flush it with normal water (no nutes) and dont add any nutes until its older.

You shouldn't have to water everyday. What are your temps like? It looks like your soil has fertilizer in it already. What kind is it?

The temp is 78 f and I had some soil I think had some sort of tomato fertilizer in it I thought it would be alright but originally it didn't have any in

You should have started your seeds off in seed/cutting compost; it’s really not that expensive and readily available it a lot of places.

Pots are cheap also, and it does look like your using too much water as well.

Yeah for future reference leaves need light roots need dark. no light at all.
