I know this is the wrong forum..........i have spare leaves from vegetation, can i use them for cannabis tea?

Yea if u got about a lb, a lot goes a little way.

You can use them but the tea wont be very potent because it doesn't contain much THC but it will be good for medicating because of higher CBD and CBN levels.

not if you learn to decarb it.
each person reacts differently to this stuff..
some can use the fan leaves and get loaded.. (hate them folks..) some need a good 2gs worth to feel normal
