This works. I started working on a similar project seven years ago. But I grafted an oak onto a cannabis plant. You should come by next fall.
The Smothers brothers (highly talented botanists both) succeeded in doing this with elms in the late 60s but the government released a Monsanto patented fungus to eradicate them.

I can see wonderful pasta meals with a kick. I do remember hearing about cannabis being grafted to blueberries back in like 98' id rather see this then a bunch of idiits chucking pollen making unstable crap.......that not progress.

What would happen if cannabis was crossed with some sort of genetically modified broccoli pollen that was coerced to be able to fertilize a cannabis plant? Then you could get all your fiber and nutrients from smoking the "cannaoccoli".

Yeah that makes perfect sense. 
I got a blueberry bush with weed grafted on it so it comes back every year and tastes like blueberries too.

I eat blueberries every day, and my wife sometimes says our bathroom smells like blueberries in the morning after I get out.Yeah that makes perfect sense.
