can salted butter be used when making cannabutter? I noticed all recipes almost say unsalted. Also whats and ideal time to let it sit in my crockpot for? like 7 hours or more?

you can use it, It worked fine for me before. let it go the first couple hrs on high, then a few hrs on low.

how many grams of fat should the butter have per serving? Is 11 grams per tablespoon good enough?

speakin of fat...heres a tip, when letting the butter melt in the water, let it boil high and remove the frothy top, if like unused butter fat that doesnt soak up the thc. and makes the butter look much better...
