DO NOT USE ‘cannapot.com’
It would be a great disservice to all if I did not share my story regarding the seed supplier ‘cannapot.com’

First- I placed my order and choose to pay extra for stealth and registered mail so it would be 100% guaranteed to arrive, Paid via credit card…..I don’t get a confirmation email, so I email them asking for confirmation and when will the items ship? The reply was
HI! Tomorrow morning ;) Greetings J. CPWebshop
So I again ask for a tracking number. The response was
HI! What is the problem...??? It was sent yesterday as I said, is this not enough as shipping-info? ;) Greetings
I replied:
REALLY! OK, this is not the first time I have done this. Where is the customs tracking number? This is to be shipped with some tracking, where is that information. This allows me to be certain it has been sent and allows you to know it has been received, SINCE THIS IS TO BE A GUARANTEED SHIPMENT. Come on guys, what kind of business are you running?
Long story short, I get a tracking number. Now the item is lost in ISC New York.
I ask ‘cannapot.com’when will you reship…? Their reply:
...call the post please...we know from past...and where is it written that we guarantee 100%
we guarantee 100% shippement but not receiving, how can we guarantee?
please ask the post for avoiding troubles - when we ask from here it takes days to get informations in every country where we deliver the receiver can ask with the trackingnumber and always the receiver gets the information
NOTE ONLY THE SENDER CAN FILE A CLAIM, NOT THE RECEIVER.
Guess I’m A**ed out!

Great you have had no problems. First the package was not confiscated, it is lost. I contacted usps and customs. Second I payed extra for (and this is per there website)100% guarantee delivery. Now before you start to sound like CannapotWebshop, this very thing happened about 3 years ago with an order from Gorilla and they PROMPTLY RESHIPED MY ORDER at no additional cost to me(NO QUESTIONS AS TO WHY). NOW FROM MY POINT OF VIEW WHEN YOU SAY 100% guarantee delivery - THE GORILLA STANDS ON THEIR PROMISE.
Again if you are in the USA don't use CannapotWebshop.

So to all USA Buyers ask yourself this question, when everything goes wrong with my order do I want to deal with a company that says," it's not our problem" (remember you paid extra to insure delivery). Or do you want a company that will check the tracking number, confirm you did not receive your purchase and then reship (no questions as to why you didn't receive because you paid extra for this service) at no cost to you. That is the difference between cannapot and gorilla seed bank
Even for you cheeseofchud, I hope you never have a problem- with cannapot it will cost you. It's a NO BRAINIER DO NOT USE cannapot. If you want to only spend your money once, and guarantee 100% DELIVERY USE GORILLA SEED BANK

I have had a great experience with Cannapot. They sent me my order (to Canada) with some serious freebies from my choice seed bank. Would not hesitate in recommending their services. I will be ordering again.

Not a plug for one company or another just a plug for a company that has come through numerous times when a problem has occurred. When everything goes right cannapot is fine but when it goes wrong then what. When you pay for stealth shipping the aforementioned company that I'm endorsing guarantees you get your package even if it's confiscated by Customs they will resend it at no cost to you. This is a no-brainer. I am a professional in my field I like dealing with companies that act like Professionals in their field if you had read the emails I received from cannapot you would laugh. Very happy that everything worked out for you and hope it continues to, but woe to you should you have issues. Canada is not like the US, on the federal level many issues regarding marijuana are still unresolved. You can choose to go with whatever company you want but as for me if you're in the US I recommend you do not use canapot.

There are far too many reputable seed banks out there why would you bother going through a questionable seed bank? Stick with the tried and test and save yourself any hassles.

Backbone man, I think you are right in regards to US/Canada customs.

It's unfortunate that you have had a negative experience with Cannapot.

Pistil Kid, the answer is simple. When a person has made a 20+ year career at this job one understands the significance of finding certain strains that may only be available in Europe. Which in my case was only available from Cannapot. I ordered from them years ago and recently and have had success.

That being said, order from whatever seedbank makes you most comfortable. If you have a good relationship with one particular seedrank keep working with them but if you see something special from an unknown seedbank sometimes you gotta roll the dice and try to get that special something.

Cannapot sent me the wrong seeds and now wants me to buy them with a 25% discount before they send me the seeds I already payed for “for free”. Very generous indeed.

Just signed up after stumbling across this thread while searching the internet for experiences with cannapot.com customer service after placing an order with them this month. Your description sounds eerily similar to my personal experience with Cannapot over the course of the last weeks. I placed an order that totaled approximately 500$ shortly before Easter. After the payment was transferred it immediately got difficult to get a hold of the seller, it took me 5 Mails over the course of 10 days (starting the week after the Easter-holidays are over in German-speaking countries) to get a response with an update of the order status, supposedly due to technical difficulties. Due to a 3 pack of seeds that were part of my order not being in stock, I was informed they would send me a 5-pack instead. So far, so good, mistakes happen and it seemed like they were trying to make it right.
When the shipment arrived however, I was gutted to see that with other seeds which were part of my order I received a 3-pack when I had ordered and paid for a 5-pack.
Promptly I notified them of the missing seeds and asked how we were going to resolve the issue, thinking that customer’s satisfaction is at least somewhat of importance to Cannapot. I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG.
Instead I got a reply along the lines of “Oops..this sucks...the current covid situation is pretty stressful. To make things up I can offer you a 12% discount and free shipping for another 3 pack.”
Merely suggesting such a solution to the customer is unbelievably rude and shameless in my opinion, I had already ordered and paid for the 5 pack, why should I buy another 3-pack just to receive the amount of seeds I had ordered? Needless to say, I told the guys at Cannapot there’s no way I can accept their ‘proposal’ and that they are bound to fulfill their side of the purchase contract as I had done so too, giving them three possible solutions:
Either I’d return the 3-pack at their cost and get a refund of the price paid for the 5 pack, return and exchange it for the ordered pack or that they just send me another 3-pack, which would have probably been the cheapest and easiest option for all involved.
In an insulted, unprofessional tone I received a reply, that sending me another 3 pack would be out of the question since I had already received 2 extra seeds on the 3 pack they upgraded to 5. I really don’t get this stinginess over one seed and potential customer satisfaction, returning items is always a hassle, all the more when it’s illegal items in my country.
Excluding extra seeds from the breeders themselves (I.e. 5+2 packs by sweet seeds) I received a total of 4 free seeds, 2 of which are from a breeder with very questionable reputation. With an order for 480 USD, one more bonus seed for their inability to send me the ordered amount in the first shipment wouldn’t have been too much to ask for IMHO.

To sum it up: doing business with Cannapot left a lasting bad aftertaste. Despite most of the reviews online being generally positive and the shop existing for +-10 years, what I personally experienced with Cannapot was below any standards and if every customer was treated this way they would’ve probably been out of business a long time ago. There’s so many reliable breeders and seed banks out there, most give you a ton of freebies too. Neither applies here. These are not the guys you want to do business with if you value customer service and decent prices.

I also got really offended about their tone. My feeling was that I was dealing with dealer on the corner rather than the customer support of a serious company. I was given “fast green crack” instead of “green crack” and they kept asking if there was anything wrong with the seeds. They have finally agreed on sending me the right seeds, but only after that have received the wrong ones... they have also promised so send me plenty of freebies. Let’s see what happens with that?

I ordered for 176€ and received 3 freebies packed in a small No-logo zip-bag...claimed to be black domina..Their own breed? ‍♂

Why people use random new seed banks is beyond me‍:wall:Never heard of them,but thats nothing,i dont know every bank.You have to spend more,no 3 pks or singles..but canada seeds is the man

Alls of you that have been fucked by them can report loses to your bank and they will reverse the charges .
Enough customers do this and this company will get its shit together in fear of having funds taken back out of their business account.
If you bank ask what you ordered tell them hemp seeds.

I tried to buy a pack of road dawg fem from cannapot in may. I sent cash and got nothing. I've ordered seeds many times from attitude , greenpoint , single seed centre , choice seedbank and grow your own. Never once had this happen. Now , in the defense of cannapot they did have friendly customer service when I contacted them, but when I asked about my payment they gave me an address different than the one on their website (which was concerning) but they said the address I sent cash to was fine as well. Long story short I got a few emails asking where my payment is. I never even bothered to respond. I just took that loss. I'm slightly upset not only because I'm out of about 90 bucks or w.e I sent but really because I wanted a pack of karma gear which I've never had. Only the crumbled lime freebie I'm growing now (looks fire btw) but I wouldnt reccomend cannapot. I was a little skeptical because nobody else seems to have karma fems but cannapot has it on sale. Guess I shouldve gone with my gut instinct. I still got some archive gear alot of greenpoint and a few freebies from attitude so I'm not starved for seeds. I'll just grow out what I have for now.
