I was charged but apparently they did not have my zipcode and email is a difficult beast for them right now. I did send in an email with all of my info. I called in and Mr. C is in bad shape, pinched nerve, he has someone helping out but it is a hard time. He did apologize for the delay and said he would throw in something extra for the wait, it has finally been shipped, will let you know when it arrives.That sucks man. I've only made one order from them and the Customer Service was really good. I can't remember how long it took to ship but a month seems a bit excessive especially without a single reply. Did you check your statements and make sure that it was actually charged?
