i will be visting denver on the 18th thru the 22nd of april. going to check out the 420 rally and cup.

my PLAN is to set up a chess board in a smoking area; burn and take on all comers.

and in the evenings find a smoke friendly coffee house and play there.

so if you nerds want to burn and play...or just burn, I am in.

i am not mmj and live in a nazi state. this will be a test run for me, to check out denvers pot and chess scenes.

when i retired my goal was to work out, smoke dope and play chess all day, i got 2 out the 3 down legally, want the 3rd.

UPS, Fedex, USPS, Pony Express, a box, a bag or a jar? Oh, you mean Legally. However it is done now would probably be the way. There are 7 states bordering CO, NM and AZ allow MMJ, so an airlift would be required unless you transit thru one of those states, but the details of the laws regarding inter-state license use and possession are not clear to me... Oh, air is probably not going to work with TSA checking stuff, so shipping might be the only sensible way.
TSA doesn't take your weed though. If you're in a medical state, their official policy is to turn it over to the county sheriff. I know of people that travel with herb on them monthly. In their carry-on bag even.

Hey chewberto, will you keep an eye out for those R4 high CBD seeds while your making your way around? My wife won't give me a hall pass to go to the Cup . I get to go to a birthday party for 6 yr olds instead (not that I don't enjoy the little monsters) that Saturday and Sunday is out too.

If i end up making it i will certainly watch for them too, bubba. I have it written into my marriage vows that i get 4/20 off...... I wish, but luckily it is closest to my birthday, so it more or less ends up being my birthday weekend, a couple weeks late. Issue is of course getting a sitter so the wife can come too.
Where abouts are you bubba? I was thinking the springs, but i may have just pulled that from no where.

I'm in mmj no-mans-land... i.e. Castle Rock, but my work is in between CR and the Springs, so the Springs is much more convenient than Denver.

And thanks for keeping any eye out for the beans for me, much appreciated. I asked Kramer too, figure if I beg enough folks....

I'll joint the R4 hunt for you Bubba! I'd actually like to ask you some questions about your CBD experiences. I'll shoot them over PM in the next few days...

Hey Bubba,

How do those CBD pills work on things like back pain? I have a ruptured disc and a couple of dehydrated ones and get some muscle spasms. The CBD pills might provide the relief I seek.

You can try the CBD easily, I picked some up at Kind Love, just the 10 mg dose and the cost is reasonable. I wound up taking 2 at a time and experienced some relief but not anywhere as numbing as conventional pain meds. I have a couple herniated discs and some other issues and the CBD is of some comfort, but only does part of the job. BTW, I quit the narcotics and am just using alternative methods now. Beer helps more than you would think and smoking is a great distractor from pain.

Sorry for all the posts y'all. Just wanted to say that the CBD pills from Kind Love didn't do anything for me.... I think Kramer tried them also and had same opinion... Kramer, you lurkin around here? Speak up man :-)

The CBD pills from RiverRock work very well for me though they do have some THC in them as they're using the Sour Tsunami oil to make them which has a 2:1 CBD:THC ratio. Not necessarily recommending RR - they have a nice strain in the Tsunami, but the place reminds me of a supermarket. The DixieX scrips worked for me also, though they were ridiculously expensive at $10/25mg pill, then they stopped advertising the scrips as CBD and just call it hemp oil now and they are shipping it nationwide I think, and probably getting their asking price... that's probably nuff said about that.

The effect is not at all like with hydrocodone of course. Instead, I got some immediate relief with CBD but the effect built up over time I think. I recently tapered the CBD off as I haven't had any pain for over a month. I was taking 50mg 1-2 times a day for weeks. I'm taking 50mg every other day now. So vs Hydrocodone, which you have to take more and more of, maybe over time you need less CBD for maintenance. Pretty ironic.

And I just drove 7 hours with no pain :hump:

Howdy sir. 3 years ago I pinched my sciatic nerve on left side @ L4/L5 - massive spasms and ended up having cortisone shots (that's some weird feelin shit gettin a shot into your vertebrae, feels like he's pumping a 50 gallon barrel in there). Anyway, the cortisone calmed it down for a year, then the spasms were back but very little nerve pain down the leg thankfully. So I had just been living with it. I'd hang on that fucking inverted rack thing every night and I have a TENs unit (shocker thingy with the electrodes) that got a lot of use.... and I ate a shit ton of ibuprofen and excedrin every day, 800mg doses of the ibuprofen (that'll zap your liver in no time, but it beats being hooked on the synthetic heroin (I.e. hydrocodone)).

I don't know if I'm especially receptive to CBD or what, but I swear I went from the state I was whining about in the last paragraph to a very low level of pain in a months time. I have not taken a ibuprofen or excedrin or Vicodin or Valium or anything else except for my regular scripts (BP & cholesterol) and CBD/THC for over a month. Shit you not bro, but that's just me, it might not be the same for everyone. It also helped me quit my vices: nicotine, caffeine, alcohol don't even miss them..... much.
