it's not one of my prime locations but I am able to make frequent trips to the spot, but I told myself only after dark im going to do this
I have nothing planned for this summer anyway. Im sure this being my MO for the summer I wont let em starve too much plus i'll be using
HH slow release ferts as well as mulch ontop of the pots to help me out as much as I can between watering, this is the only swampy spot so I couldnt
put these in the ground but the other 2 spots filled with 10 are going in the ground

Dogs barking at you in the early A.M.? Not only are you compromised, but the entire area - within, say, a 1 mile radius - is as well. Unless your area features a massive amount of constant night-time dog barking, to include coon dogs hunting, then the dogs barking WILL result in a walk-through by either the dog owner and/or other neighbor(s) that heard the incident.

If you act sneaky you are going to have a hard time getting off the hook if you get caught... you would be better off having a reason why you are out in the woods and playing dumb if you get caught in the woods. People will get suspicious if they see your car parked at night too.

I'm speaking from experience as a grower that has picked some truly terrible locations in my youth, just because they were convenient. I once set-up shop in a large park in downtown Toronto.

LOL, thats hilarious. Yeah its a bad sign if on the first trip to your spot your wondering if its comprimised. Imagine how many more times your going to have to visit it and deal with that damn barking dog. I doubt he's going away unless thats in your plans as well. Little antifreeze should do the trick. JK, do not kill that dog.

haha only reason why the dog was barking is because it was 5am, and guessing a normal morning that owners let their dog out to pee.
I'm never going to be going back to that spot at this time ever again.. only reason why it dragged on until 5am is because it took so long
to get my bags of soil out there by myself. Im not going to be parking my car close to this location either, theres neighborhoods close to it
where I park and then walk to it, where everyone parks on the road in the neighborhood it kinda works out good to blend in with.. but the
reason why Ive came down to this spot is 1.) it's relatively close to my house, within a mile or two and I wasn't trying to go too far away to
have my plots setup and this spot right here is the 3rd best one I could find.. considering I have 2 other spots even if something does happen
to this one Im not going to lose sleep over it.. i'll still have 10 more going in the ground in other places. 2.) there's a nice small running spring about
40yrds from the pots which I have tested the water pH and it was 6.6-6.7, works out great in my favor so I wouldnt have to lug water at all to the spot
making it look suspect, I could just stash a bucket close by

Growing on someone else's property is always disrespectful. The least one could do is not set their dogs off every time they check their grow. It's position will get found before too long; not like the anyone was subtle here.

The harvest was mediocre as I was only 15 and still working on my green thumb. In hindsight, the spot didn't have enough direct sun light. I was spotted working on my plants 3 times that I know of. I had worn a path with my bicycle that led right to them. The worst was when I was sitting in the middle of my plants smoking a joint when some guy stumbled upon me. He was about 10 feet from me. He looked right at me, shook his head like he was really disappointed and then turned around and walked away. Thankfully I was full of blind confidence, as most are at that age, and just kept going with my grow.
