Cant figure out what is going on here, need help

Hello,
There is a problem with this lady however due my lack of experience I cant figure out what is the problem, I am posting the pictures below please help me

There was nitrogen toxicity and I fixed it by flushing, also I realized my oscilator fan was too close to the plant and I moved it further away from the plant, now it is providing good air circulation instead of blowing directly to the plant
I know It is bushy and needs to be defoliate, the leaves below the plant probably yellowing because of the lack of light, it is currently under the 7 23 watt cfls, I am planning to set scrog and increase light by 15 bulbs

I am concerned about the weird patch on the leaves, darkish brownish shits, what is this?

Note: Ignore the black dots on the leaves, these are just soil

Just as you suspect: "the leaves below the plant probably yellowing because of the lack of light" I'd simply up the light output and keep an eye on her; looks good. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, what do you think about the patches on the leaves do I have a nutrient burn or something else?

No, it's not nutrient burn...and I don't even think it's a deficiency. If it were across the plant, if you had more than one or two leaves to use as an example, I'd be concerned but if those were all I had, I would tread lightly in terms of trying to make the plant perfect and work off the law of averages and on average, your plant looks good. I wouldn't try to diagnose it further without seeing a bit more on the plant...but that's just me. Good luck.

Why so many light bulbs? Why not just buy a fucking grow light?

Well because it is so fucking expensive in my country and also I cant get it from another country too, because most of the sellers are not shipping to my country, so I had to use cfl However I'll use led next time, CFL does not worth the effort
