This has been worsening and theres been little to no growth the past 4 days. I thought it could be heat stress but the lights are only T5s so they dont give off to much heat to begin with. one of the leaves is growing so messed up it looks like its giving me the finger. I also give them no nutrients because of their soil (FFOF) I just give them plain distilled PH'd water.

Heres all the affected areas:

They're just hungry. FFOF soil alone is enough for the first week or two, but after that you need to start a feeding regiment. Lots of different ways to go, but I like Maxsea 16-16-16 during veg, and then I switch to their bloom formula for flower.

Cool avatar btw. Love nofx.

How far away is the light from the canopy?

The light is 2 inches away from the canopy on the tallest plant, and about 4 from the smaller one.

Thanks, I love nofx haha. Ill try giving them 1/2 strength nutes this watering and see how they react to it.

"Tacoing" leaves=== heat stress
That was my initial thought but it make's no sense considering i have a fan on them and I keep the T5 lights 2-4 inches away from the canopy.

Idk. I've never had a problem with heat stress from fluorescents. But, these guys know their shit, so I would listen to 'em. Best of luck.

My T-5 stresses the shit out of my plants when I have it too close to the canopy. Just for reference, I have my T-5 about 18" above the canopy.
