Cant find any high watt CFL's in stores :(

Having a bit of trouble finding some high watt CFL's, wondering if i already have a 36" shop light with two 30 watt dayglow tubes, how many CFL's should i add and what wattage?

If your talking about the incandescent equivalent on the box that number doesn't mean a thing. A 23 watt bulb is a 23 watt bub, when it says a 23W cfl is equal to a 100w incandescent ignore it.

i was thinking about 4 23 watt cfl's , maybe two blue and two red with the flouros i already have going, will that be good for the rest of vegging and into flowering, only growing two plants and dont really want to get into the MH or HPS lights. I was thinking about mounting them directly to the hood two on either side, thoughts? advice?

just get them as close to the tops as you can, fim/top them and train them so the plants have an even canopy.
