ok so these plants have been in a ph balanced (5.7-6.0) ebb and flow hydroponics room. The temperatures early out were getting too hot ( in the 90 range ) but i fixed that weeks ago. I looked through your guide to diagnose plant problems but i cant put my damn finger on this one. It looks like it might be fungus but its too uniformal in the fact that its not starting near the root of the leaf its starting near the edges. No nute burn i have it in a 500 ppm solution which i just replaced a week ago to see if it would change anything. The humidity is anywhere between 20 and 40 at times. The problem is on one plant only right now and its getting worse. Im hoping it dosen't spread to the other plants but it looks like one is starting to show early signs. HELP MEH!

Alright from your Diagnosis page im going to finger each one of these out.

N - No chlorotic issues are apparent. These leaves were doing this before any discoloration, which is very small at this point.

P - A small runner up, BUT the whole leaf isnt darker green just spots are.

K - Main runner up, BUT once again it started with the lesions on the leaf and barely any signs of chlorotic leaves. and its only happening to one plant and they're all getting fed at the same time.

S - nope, no yellowing.

Mg - This could be the problem. Everything fits here. I will add more Mg and see how it does.

Ca - nope all early leaves are healthy.

Fe - Nope, younger leaves are fine

Mn - another small mabye because im dealing with some sort of lesions.

B - nope

Zn - nope

Cu - nope

Mo - nope

Its only on one of 5 plants, still leads me to believe its some sort of fungus, but its just so annoying that its uniformal like some sort of deficiancy ugh.

Low Moisture Stress is my guess.

Raise the humidity and mist them too.

Find Uncle Ben's Sticky thread on Low Moisture Stress.

Thnx rose. I read the whole thing. But according to him it looks like the plants might be nute burned a little bit. 441 (550 - 109 from tap) ppm for vegging plants be fine i assumed. And the fact that the problem started when my plants were in a ppm solution of much lower than 500 just confuses me some more. I have a sprayer i have been using once a day on them that has a low ppm as well. humidity has been 31% and steady ever since i lowered the temperatures to 81 in the day and around 68 at night.

"Sometimes copper colored necrotic spots show in the leaf also. A hard, crispy feel to the leaf frequently occurs as well, as opposed to a soft and cool feel of a happy leaf. When you have a high concentration of salts in solution (or in the root medium) compared to lower salinity levels found in the plant’s tissue, water is actually drawn out of the plant across the root gradient in order to fix the ppm imbalance." - my leaf is crispy and necrotic

man this sucks because from what you showed me and what ive done some research on its either 1. Mg defiency, but my nutes has Mg in it which would rule that out. 2. nute burn... which would mean id have to lower the ppm alot due to the fact that this started happening at a ppm of about 200 (300 - 100ish in the tap). I think ill try lowering the nutes first and see where that brings me.

Resembles ozone damage too.

But you mention spraying them every day - is it burn from being under the lights while wet from spraying?

not sure choch the lights are the right distance away. And indeed it does, Strain. My plan of action is this. I flushed out my nutes, Lowered the ppm to very low... 300 - 109 from tap i dunno why itd be Mg deficiency because the nutes i have for hydro have Mg in them. If it turns out the Plants are still responding bad after a week, i will be returning the ppm back to its origional 600 and purchasing some Epsom salt to see if its Mg. Ill give you guys an update in a week or so and let you know if its working, thanks for the info guys.
