You should re pot it, then move your light closer. Your plant is stretching, It is hard to tell exactly how old it is but it has to be around a month. She is nice and green witch is a very good plus. But I would just do these steps and it would help your plant tremendously..
Should go into a 2 gallon dark colored pot.

No way this is around a month, should be more bushy and mature if it's in the months range. Unless the lack of light causes the growth to slow down.

i have a nice small clone-vegg box with one pc fan, 4 cfls, and at its peakl it hold over 20 clones! now i have there just 5 normal sized disels and one shanty, plus one small-mini green house, where some new clones are ! works fine for me, everything is so green and lush !
u just got to keep a nice air flow going, and yes, it can be done with minimum shit, like on pc fan, a fast blowing pc fan, and keep those lights all over the place, really close, without burning, sometimes even i burn some spots, it happens, but better if not !~anyway, i am high as high can be, so keep that grow going
