Can't tell if this is heat or ph problem

What's your grow area temp? Looks to me as ph. Check the runoff with your ph meter. I shoot for between 5.8-6.2 for my soil with 6 being my goal. Nute deficiencies can arise from too low or too high ph, so a lot of probs can usually be fixed with ph adjustment, so rule that out before additional nutes.
 
It's going to be hard for anyone to give you a reasonable answer if you're not willing to share your details. It we're making guesses, you're short on K and it appears maybe you have too much N going on. All as a result of pH; maybe...maybe not. Pics under white light and grow details would help. Good luck
