It makes sense though. The more amber the trichomes the more bodily the hit. So it sounds like it's loosing some of the High buzz to the Stone buzz.

At what month mark did you notice the c99 starting to do that? Mine's at 2 month cure and it's still freaky high hitting.

I never vaped though. Looking forward to it.

It crept up (or went down) slowly to the more stone buzz and remember, I am comparing it to young fresh bud.. I started the new grow in July when the C99 had been bottled for 5 months because I noticed the C99 was loosing a little flavor and even now after 7 months the c99 is still good but it lost some between 5-7 months.

Vaping is great if you don't like to cough or smell up the place with burnt pot. I keep my vape temp low enough that you can't even see any fog at all and almost no smell.

These are 60 day plants and they still have around 11 days left. The Blue Rhino in the middle is covered in buds.. a great producer! The Desert Diesel on the left looks more like a Sativa with thinner leaves and smaller buds on stretched nodes.

My last picture only showed the tops of the plants. The lower parts are covered with nice sized buds too. I am hoping for an extra large harvest this time and some very good quality weed.

This is a lower bud on the Blue Rhino. The buds this low do not get much light and are a paler green but they are hard and covered with trics.

They sure look like so Mr. Ducky! haha

The Bubba Kush is advertised to be ready in as little as 56-60 days. They are at 53 days today but the the trichs are still mostly clear with almost no amber yet. I would guess another week at least.

This Bubba Kush cola was sitting in the front... easy to photograph but it is not the nicest looking one. One toward the back is more the twice the size.



This is a full view of the very top colas only.... There are a bunch of big colas lower and underneath the canopy too... Desert Diesel is on the left, Blue Rhino in the middle and Bubba Kush is on the right side. The coke can is sitting even with the cola next to it to give you a size reference.

Disaster!!!

I moved the largest cola and it fell over and the stem crushed. The other colas are also getting too heavy for the stems but hopefully they will survive until chop time.

This was the largest cola from the Desert Diesel.

This thing is heavy! No wonder it broke. It should be good smoking even being a little young. I set it in a wide mouth qt jar for a better picture.

WOAH! What a great looking cola! Too bad it got an early "harvest"!

But then again, I love smoking early buds. And that right there looks like sex.

Yep, I could have left it laying on the net and it probably would have healed but I didn't want to take the chance.....besides, this stuff has been so good... can't wait to dry and try it. I have been keeping an eye on the Bubba Kush too....and sampling... still almost no amber in the trichs showing but it is starting to look very frosty.

we planted seeds on the same day nearly. Perfect example that you don't need killer watts to produce beautiful buds.

Thanks! It is 50W per sq ft and that has been ample. I am actually getting nice sized nugs pretty far down in the canopy so no complaints here. Also, I'm only using basic GH nutes so it's pretty easy to manage too.

What camera and lens do you use for your photos?

I use a Nikon d7100 SLR with a 40mm macro lens, a light ring and a lot trial and error time trying to figure out how to adjust for a decent shot. It is my newest toy.

Yeah your camera is bad ass big money great photos!!!

In week 2 of flower right now. I have 5 strains going 11 plants. I Veged for a long time 11 weeks. I have some seeds from attitude and some from a breeder. American kush x 1

This is from the Desert Diesel cola that broke after hanging for a couple of days. I can see a lot more amber trichs now. They are closer than I thought.

Today marks 61 days of flowering and these plants are all advertised as 60 days. They are getting close but I think I will wait another week to chop. They are getting nice and frosty but the trichs are still too clear today. I plan to document the harvest too so stay tuned. It won't be much longer!!

4 ft X 2 ft tent. It is hard to tell in the photo but these colas are large....the largest is the bubba kush cola at the rear. It is at least 14" tall and as round as my forearm. All 3 plants produced 4 main colas but I already broke off 2. The Desert Diesel looks like a sativa. It also produced a lot of secondary colas as you can see in the photo.
