Carbon Filters No Longer Sold In Washington State

So apparently carbon filters are none to be had in Washington State. Who knows more about this and where to obtain odor control? I have looked into bulk carbon and it is difficult if not impossible for an individual to come by.

Im sure these devices are available for general use, but from what distributer?

I ran into this as well. Wound up finding a brand new one on Craigslist. I was told that the ban is due to a specific officer of the law putting pressure on the shops. Not sure if they are Federal or State but as I am told it stems from Hempfest and the advertising that was done. There was a massive banner being pulled through the Puget Sounds sky by a helicopter advertising one of the companies that makes can fans. I dont recall exactly what it said but it was very direct in its association with "BUD". This is just a rumor as the local shops are being pretty hush hush about the whole thing. This may be total BS.
I think your forced to either drive out of state to obtain or mail order. Between gas and shipping charges both are less than ideal. Good luck!

The filters are NOT banned in washington state.

Just 3 major counties:
pierce
king
and snohomish counties

you can still purchase them outside these counties.

you can still get em in bellingham.... although a bit of a drive, still better then a statewide ban.
