hi hows it going. i was looking to complete the care giver application amd wanted to know, do i have to have a patient lined up before i can fill out the application?

Yes you do. They actually have to be approved for you first before you can even complete the official application.

cool thanks. any info on obtaining patients? if i am a patient can i apply to be my caregiver.... i would just ask a friend but i have none here in az(just moved)

You can grow as a patient. Does your card say " Authorized to Cultivate" ? If so your good to go.
