I think she's a sick bitch but who knows,
I smell a reality show, who's going to bang her, like flava of love.
 
prosecutor did not prove his case...he left doubt and unanswered questions...like how did the little girl die ????

She is a sociopath.

She simply did not care.

The kid was a nuisance, and a hindrance to her skank lifestyle.

I am convinced that she did not intend to kill that child, but it happened.

And she was relieved.
 
American justice system in action. I say awesome job to the jury. Resist emotion and public pressure and look at the facts as presented by the prosecution. These are the times I am reminded that America is still a great country.
 
ever watch the show "first 48"..... if the killers just keep there mouth shut from day 1... they always get out of it... with Americas court system it takes hardcore evidence (DNA, pics, reliable witnesses), if not it requires the suspect to admit to it....

Yes you are right that the jury did only go by the evidence and the prosecution FAILED to get it right...but it is a sad day when a dear sweet innocent child's life is lost and no one pays for it...her ass should be in jail just for covering it up...!!!!

True. She did get convicted of 4 counts of providing false information to a police officer.

As per Florida law, she could be facing up to 4 years in prison.

did she not say that her and her dad hid the body after her daughter accidently drown???? or did she just blame it on her dad ????? The more I think about it the more I say that damn prosecutor blew this one!!!!!!

Didn't follow the story at all, to be honest, but I think you're probably right.
 
Didn't she say her dad was fucking her? Is she moving back in with her parents? Is she still sleeping with her dad when she gets out? Is her mom jealous?

that is why if you are guilty, you do not say ONE WORD after those handcuffs go on. anything you say WILL be used in court against you if it helps their case. its better to shut the fuck up and make them work their asses off trying to prove the case on evidence only.
a ton of people get convicted based on their confession. the investigators will say they have a pile of evidence, even though they dont. then the person breaks and admits to the crime. if i was ever getting interrogated i wouldnt say one word. id just stare at them blankly until they get uncomfortable and leave the room lol

yes but she has been in jail for 3 years already, so she will probably only get a few more days in jail for those charges

the defense said that to create reasonable doubt. its not really true. although im sure it will still be very awkward in that house lol
