Cat attacked two of my plants

Just a quick question. I have this stupid cat I've been tasked with taking care of while a friend is away. To the point the dumb thing got into my grow area and ate the top off of one of my 2 week old plants. Ate the tasty grow top right off. Does the plant have any chance to recover? The cat also munched on a second plant but only minor damage.

it should make it bro cats are real bad about it!! mine did it one time i could tell he did when he was falling over every time he tried to walk!! went down stairs and %^&$# and %^(*& and %$#@! if you plant catnip in a planter and leave it out for the cat he will eat that and stay away from the good shit!! they get belly problems and anything green is gone!!

LOL the cat topped it...It should grow 2 new shoots. Be glad it doesnt use your potted plants as kitty litter.

Thanks thats good to know. I was thinking that might end up being the case but wanted to check before I just gave up or wasted time trying to bring her back.

Take a huge weed plant an old male you dont want or whatever and just beat the life out of the cat with it randomly, like pop out of a closet or sneek up on it when its sleeping do that for a week or so it will hate weed plants after that lol

Your little plant should make it with some TLC :joint:

My dog completely ate on of mine. It was two weeks old. I was cleaning up a bit and set it on the floor then the little bastard chomped on it and took off. Dirt was everywhere. I got one of those toy cap guns i pop off now when he gests close to it. Works pretty good.

no no-lets keep the cat alive until we have seen that our helpless plant has recovered and then we could just lock our grow rooms so no cat or a dog can enter the SPACE.but i think if you provide proper light and feed to the plant then it should recover but if it done wrong then it is a chance that the lil planty can die.
lets hope the best.
keep up the good work daaaaaaans.ptju.ptyju

ouch-sorry to hear.i have a cat but i think he connects with me somehow, and he is smarter than a stupid dog who just eats a plant and leaves nuthing. (tripping now)

Same here. My older fat kitty is always in the closet as far as she can go in the mornings. t5's come on at 4 am. Never fucked with any seedlings or clones.

Haha its cute and all, but any idea what a animal around your op can bring into the environment? I'd hate to see the start of a spidermite infection due to a outdoor kitty popping in to say hello.

Good call. Mine never goes furthur than the porch. I'll have to start kicking her out of the closet though. I just got rid of aphids.

I think its time for an update seeing how I got so many of you taking time to reply. Some funny ones too. Both plants made it. Only topped the one thank god. She's much smaller than the other but we all saw that coming. Transplanting them both into larger pots tonight once it gets dark. Had two others hermi on me in my flowering area but only had 3 females 2 now are hermi. Least I dont mind a few seeds I just hate hunting for smoke.
