Catapilliers ARRGG! w/PICs (some juicy)

First outdoor grow, in So Cal. This is a dinafem freebee California Hash Plant from Attitude.

I went to check on my gurl this morning and noticed tons of poop on a lower bud. UTOH! With some digging I found 4 caterpillars total on 2 lower buds. DEEP inside the densest part of the bud, chewin away. Theres alot of poop and significant damage. They seem to not even care about the leaves, just the prime frosty bud part.

I think Im only a few weeks from harvest (this gurl flowered early, Id say Im 7 weeks in) so I dont think I can spray

Is there anything I can do??? The top cola is so dense its very hard to search, and Im worried about breaking it.

Pics below. I get my evil on one of the Motherfuckers. Juices so green I could prolly eat/smoke the shit and get high. Can anyone Identify it?

Id hate to have to harvest early, but Im actually considering it now.

Any one have any guesses on how long I have for a regular harvest? I dont have a microscope yet, yes I suppose I should go get one. I doubt trichs will be white yet.

Yea, caterpillars suck. If I were you, I'de just keep checking your buds daily for those little bastards and remove them and clean their shit out of the bud. Don't let them get you to harvest early. Just put the time and effort into finding them and removing them.Thats what most of us do, You put alot of time and work into those good looking plants, why stop now As far as when to harvest, You answerd your own question, Microscope!

Yes the mfers do suck, I deal with them on my damn tomatos sometimes (such irony with my name/avatar, eh?)

As far as my question about early harvest, yes a microscope will show milky/amber trics but does nothing telling how close to finish while all trichs are clear. I was hoping for an eyeball opinion. Yer right tho, I do need to get one.

Dude I feel your pain I thought I was going to have a nice harvest but low and behold those little basterds were digging in to my buds Me and my gf had to pull each one I personaly made sure I made each one paid keep an eye on your babies and pick them off
