CBD never flowered

Only my 2nd grow. I planted 2 varieties of CBD plants. 1st Northern lights cbd and the second was Dr. Seedsman 30:1. The NL did just fine,but the Dr. Never flowered. I contacted Seedsman and they are sending replacement beans. I was planning on making tincture with these plants. Will the non-flowering plants have any thing useable in them even though they never flowered. 90 days since they popped. I even tried to flip them,thinking they might have sent photos instead of autos. TIA Bill

They're going to send you new seed because of your impatience? One week is not long enough to 100% say they won't flower...they will flower.

One week really isn’t enough time to make a call on the plant. It can take some plants 2-3 weeks to transition from veg growth into flower growth after the lights get switched. I’ve never heard of a plant just completely not flowering.
