So a timer went on me and shut some stuff down. Lucky i happened to glance at the wireless temp guage i have upstairs and saw that my temp dove to 56f before i went out for the night. I caught plugged everything back in and all seems good...

But....being that i have never experienced that before, what should i expect as a result of a temp drop from 77-56f within a few minutes (outside air was was -30 and coming in fast on a 4" intake). Is it likely to shock them into a stall? Or worse???

I guess that's true. But a 20 degree drop in a few minutes wouldn't shock? I dunno...

I think you'll be just fine, I've had plants make it when temps hit 28 deg f overnight (outdoors)..
I'm not a pro, just saying ..

These plants are quite hardy!
